- The problem
- Restaurants field the same questions every day: hours, menu, wine, directions. A small team can’t answer them around the clock.
- What we built
- A new custom website with a built-in AI concierge, plus tools that let the owner publish posts and emails in a click.
- What it does now
- The concierge answers questions about hours, menu, wine and directions instantly, day or night, in the restaurant’s own voice. Bookings are handed off to a real person.

DimondConnect
- The problem
- Recruiters combed through spreadsheets by hand to build a shortlist for every role.
- What we built
- We pulled their pipeline, calendar, inbox and Slack into one assistant.
- What it does now
- Recruiters ask it in Slack, and it scores the whole candidate pool on request, then runs the follow-up on its own. Other automations, like weekly digests, run quietly in the background.

- The problem
- Needed a site that matched the brand and turned visitors into booked first sessions.
- What we built
- A rebuilt website (September 2026) with a bold, athletic design, organized around one action, “Book Your First Free Session”, plus a client intake survey.
- What it does now
- Every visitor gets one clear next step, and new clients fill in the intake survey before they start.

- The problem
- Years of recruiting emails sat unsorted in one inbox.
- What we built
- A pipeline that reads every email as it lands, pulls out the player and their details, and files it onto one recruiting board.
- What it does now
- No more hand-typing into a spreadsheet. Transfer-portal prospects are flagged the moment they land. Thousands of recruiting emails read and sorted, through a full recruiting cycle.
