Websites & Automations for Gyms & Personal Trainers

Fill trial sessions.
Warm every lead.

Someone ready to start training is tempted for about a day. We build fitness sites that make the intro offer impossible to miss, put class times and pricing in plain view, and follow up with every inquiry before the motivation fades.

The problems

Where gyms and trainers lose members

The problem

Intro offer buried under the schedule

What we build

A clear first-visit page with one offer, one button and the answer to “what happens when I walk in.”

The problem

Trial leads who never show up

What we build

Texts that confirm the session, remind them the day before and offer a new time after a miss.

The problem

Lapsed members nobody follows up with

What we build

A check-in sequence for members who stop coming, before the cancellation request arrives.

The problem

Class and pricing questions flood DMs and phone

What we build

A site concierge that answers schedule, pricing and parking questions and hands trials to a person.

The short answer

How does a gym or personal trainer get more clients online?

Make the first step small and obvious. A free trial or intro session beats “contact us,” and the page behind it needs to say what happens, how long it takes and what it costs after. Pair that with a Google Business Profile that has photos and recent reviews, since people search “gym near me” or “personal trainer in Costa Mesa” and pick from the map. Then follow up fast. A lead is warmest in the first hour, and most trial no-shows are fixed by a reminder text.

The website

What a fitness website needs

  1. 01

    A trial or intro-offer page

One clear offer, what the first visit involves, and a booking button.

  2. 02

    Class schedule that stays current

Pulled from Mindbody, Glofox or PushPress, not retyped by hand.

  3. 03

    Membership and pricing explained

Plans, contract terms and what is included, without a call to find out.

  4. 04

    Trainer and coach profiles

Specialties, background and photos, because clients pick the person.

  5. 05

    Transformation stories with permission

Real members, in their own words.

  6. 06

Location pages with parking and hours

For each gym, so every address can be found.

How we build websites

The automations

What runs on its own.

  • Trial-session reminders

Confirmation, a day-before text and a reschedule offer when someone doesn’t show.

  • New-lead follow-up

Every inquiry gets a text and email within minutes, then check-ins until they join or say no.

  • Member win-back

Members who drop off get a personal-sounding check-in, and a nudge from their trainer.

  • Leads into your member software

Connected to Mindbody, Trainerize, TrueCoach or whatever you run, so inquiries aren’t retyped.

Questions

Fitness & Trainers questions, answered.

Is a website worth it if I get clients from Instagram?

Instagram is great for attention, but a link in a bio is a weak place to sell. A site gives people a place to see pricing, book a trial and find you on Google.

Does it work with Mindbody, Glofox or Trainerize?

We build around the tools you already run. Schedules, bookings and leads connect to that system rather than living in a second one.

What’s the best offer to put on the site?

Usually a low-pressure first step: a free trial class, an intro session or a one-week pass. It should be easy to say yes to and clear about what comes next.

I’m a solo trainer. Do I need all this?

Not all of it. A clear site, a complete Google profile and a way to text back new inquiries cover most of the value, and you can add the rest later.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted after a free call, once we understand your business: a one-time build, plus optional monthly hosting and care. See how pricing works.

Let’s look at your gym.

One free call, about 30 minutes. You leave with a plan, whether or not we work together.
