Websites & Automations for Restaurants

Full tables.
Fewer phone calls.

Diners decide where to eat in a few taps: a search, a menu, a reservation. We make sure your restaurant is the one they find, that the menu reads well on a phone, and that the questions your staff answer all day get answered on their own.

The short answer

How does a restaurant get more reservations online?

Be easy to find and easy to book. That means a Google Business Profile with current hours, photos and a reservation link; a website with the menu as real text, not a PDF; and pages for what people actually search, like private dining, brunch or your cuisine near them. Then answer questions fast. A guest who can’t find your hours or parking books somewhere else.

The website

What a restaurant website needs

  1. 01

    The menu as real text

Readable on a phone and by search engines. A PDF download can sit next to it.

  2. 02

A reservation button in every view

Linked to the system you already use, like OpenTable, Resy or Tock.

  3. 03

Hours, parking and directions up top

The three things guests look for first.

  4. 04

A private dining and events page

With an inquiry form that collects what you need to quote.

  5. 05

    Photos that load fast

Sized and compressed so the page doesn’t stall on cell data.

  6. 06

Structured data for menu, hours and location

So Google and AI assistants get the details right.

Questions

Restaurants questions, answered.

Do I need a website if I’m already on Google, Yelp and OpenTable?

Those send guests to you, but you don’t control them. Your own site is where the menu, private events and your story live, and it’s what Google and AI assistants read when someone asks where to eat.

Should my menu be a PDF?

No. A PDF is slow on a phone and hard for search engines to read. Put the menu on the page as text; you can still offer a PDF for printing.

Will it work with my reservation system?

Yes. We link or embed the system you already use, like OpenTable, Resy or Tock, rather than replacing it.

Can a chatbot take reservations?

It answers questions and points guests to your booking link. Anything that needs a decision, like large parties or buyouts, goes to a person.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted after a free call, once we understand your business: a one-time build, plus optional monthly hosting and care. See how pricing works.

One free call, about 30 minutes. You leave with a plan, whether or not we work together.
